Aspects come in pairs. You will be looking for the selection of words that you resonate with / relate to. The other words in the pair may feel antagonistic. If you’re indifferent, using both sides interchangably without a favorite or fear, it’s not your axis. (If you're still uncertain, here’s a tip: the antonym that disgusts you is often clearer than the side you relate to.)
